Custody Trade Status

Description

Trade Status API offers current matching, settlement (pre and post settle date), and cancellation (client or market initiated) status for all security trades (buys and sells) based upon the status in State Street's custody applications.

Trade status detail is available for ad hoc query and search to reduce amount of manual inquiries to validate status provided, e.g. via my.statestreet.com, SWIFT, etc.

Advances asset servicing trade status transparency enriched by State Street custody applications where applicable for lending, borrowing, collateral, and other corporate action event encumbering activity leading to trade settlement issues.

Data Availability

Customer Service Requests

Description

This solution is designed to automate the communication of changes to account reference data. State Street acknowledges the receipt of the data and provides status updates when requests are completed or rejected. For changes, work is then routed to the appropriate team within State Street to review and execute the request. This API is best suited for use when a client has a automation tool and has an additional interface to receive status updates.
